Return Policy
N.S. Armory LLC's return policy outlines the ability to manage returns. In the event a return is requested before the end of day the item is purchased, a full refund will be initiated.
In the event a return is requested after the end of day and the funds have already been captured there will be a 6% refund fee, the 6% refund fee is broken down into the two times our credit card processor will charge us a 3% fee. The first time the 3% fee is charged to us is when we process and capture your payment, the second time the 3% fee is charged to us when we refund the charge.
In the event a return is requested after the product has been shipped there will be a 26% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for the product being shipped back, the customer is also liable for the safety of the product during transit. Once we take possession of the product and the product is in the same condition as it was when it left our possession, we will then issue a refund of 74% of the final price. If the product is damaged or not in the same condition as it was when it left our possession, we will evaluate the condition of the item and refund an amount congruent to the
In the event a return is requested due to an error on our end such as us sending you the wrong product, we will send you a return label for the product you received and next day ship the correct product to you.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of us receiving your returned package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We only ship within the United States of America. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products must be shipped to a location currently holding a Federal Firearms License.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
