KAC Knight's Armament Company SR-16 CQB Mod 2.1 Upper Receiver Package

First commercial release of the 11.5" SR-16 mod 2.1 upper receiver kit! The 10.75" KAC FF RAS 5 handguard was developed for use on the SR-16 platforms, specifically optimized for KAC upper receivers with a notched receiver. The enhanced barrel nut interface and robust construction, keep deflection minimal while enabling user level barrel replacement.

 

The full-size Combat Rifle Suppressor (CRS) Was designed to virtually eliminate flash and system back pressure while exceeding the durability that KAC signature reduction devices are known for. Pressure reduction, technology minimize back pressure, resulting in a negligible gas increase in the system that is typically responsible for bolt carrier, velocity, and rate of fire acceleration. 

 

 

These URG's are not marked SR-16 like the URG's that were released in 2018. Now before your freak out and have a heart attack let us explain this a bit. The SR-16 nomenclature represents KAC's full auto LE/GOV lower receivers which is where the SR-16 part of the item description comes from since the USSS currently uses the SR-16 lower receivers.

 

KAC marked the first generation USSS SR-16's "SR-16 E3 CQB" & then added a "Commercial" marking to the bottom of the upper receiver's that were released commercially. KAC marks the current generation USSS uppers "CQB Mod 2.1" (no SR-16 marking) and adds an American flag on the ejection port side of the RAS 5. Making these URG's identical to the rifles the USSS are currently running. So please for the love of god dont buy one of these then email us when it arrives asking why it isn't marked SR-16, thank you!
