Product Description: If you have ever wanted to utilize a barrel supported undermount on your rifle rocking a URXII, URX3, or URX3.1 such as a 40mm / 37mm M203 launcher, and our personal favorite the Masterkey, you quickly come to realize that the included aluminum barrel nut is too long and prevents you from making your vision come true.
Now we did not recreate the wheel, KAC had a solution for this many years ago, but since long gone and no longer supported. If you have countless hours of time on your hands and are willing to spend $100 - $200 you can find one of the original and very scarce barrel nuts.
This is where we come in! In an effort to support the OG KAC community, as well as bring visions to fruition we bring you the NS Armory URXII, URX3, & URX3.1 M203 Barrel Nut.
Instalation:
- Step 1. Clean female threads on rail
- Step 2. Clean male threads on nut
- Step 3. Apply a small ammount of "blue" loctite 242 to the nut
- Step 4. Torque nut to Spec 50 +/- 5 LB-FT
